June Housing Room+Bathroom in a 3B2B

We're a house in East Palo Alto - it's a really nice house (see attached photos) and has a driveway, gate, and is within a 15-minute drive to the Stanford area! The upstairs room has an ensuite bathroom/shower & closet + office, and the downstairs also has an attached bathroom, so negotiable what you'd prefer.

A housemate canceled, so I'm looking for last-minute housing- can potentially also provide housing July onwards as well!
