This is a community built for success in one of the most amazing places in all of Silicon Valley. To start with; it is among the largest estates in all of Silicon Valley, 17,000 square feet with 11 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. We also have a huge event space and rich schedule of events that attracts top investors and startup luminaries (tech talks, startup workshops, black tie events etc.). The space is rounded out with and office, library, conference room, and more private spaces hidden away than you would believe. To top it off, we have a commercial-quality gym with group fitness challenges at on a regular basis. Dorms are available for $800 (only for month of December), regular price is $900, and private rooms with King-sized beds start at $1700, all with security deposit and shared utilities. Private bathrooms are also available, as are huge master suites. Everything is furnished; you don't have to think about anything.
