The rent is $1650 for the entire period. No sharing. Utility is about $50-$70 based on how much you use (Everything included. Wifi, water, sewer, electricity, gas, etc.)

Again, the apartment address is: 1592 Mariposa Ave. Palo Alto, CA. (Right next to Palo Alto High School. 5 Minute walking distance to Stanford and 5 min walking distance to Townsend, and 10 min walking distance to University Ave). If you are going to be commuting to Stanford, this will be the most affordable and greatly-conditioned apartment near Stanford. This is a great location that is close to all the other tech companies in the bay area as well.
