The common area(kitchen, living room, dinning room --located downstairs) is furnished with high-quality modern style furniture. The available room (upstairs with the other room) is furnished. The room is very big with a walk-in closet that is almost of the size of a single bed. For the room itself, even if you put two queen size beds inside, it would still has lots of space left. Brand new carpet throughout.
Rent is $1600/month + ~$50/month in utilities(including internet). There is free parking on street, also a tandem parking spot (getting two cars out will take a bit of coordination). Laundry is right downstairs in the basement.
