I am currently living with 3 recent college grads (all are girls) in a 4 bedroom home in Glen Park. Unfortunately, I have to move in with family because of a family emergency, which means I am leaving before my lease is up:/ Just to provide you with a bit of information on the place and my roommates: the room is actually quite large and has beautiful hardwood floors (as does the rest of the house). The kitchen was renovated in the recent past and is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials, there is a washer/dryer, the house has a balcony that looks out into a backyard (don't worry, you are not responsible for any gardening/upkeep but it is great for cookouts/BBQ-ing), there is parking available (without any additional cost.), it is walking distance to Glen Park Bart and right by the highway as well. The girls all work at Oracle and are really easygoing but to be honest, everyone has such different schedules that you will probably feel like you only have 1 or 2 roommates. You will be sharing a bathroom with one.

Because I am leaving my lease earlier than expected (the lease is through the end of September), I am pretty flexible in terms of subletting vs subleasing vs removing myself off the lease. If you are interested go ahead and contact me and I can answer all your questions, gladly show you pictures of the place and even give you a tour, if you'd like. It's really a great place and an amazing price for the city. Sad to have to give this up.
