We have a large bedroom available in a nice house in Portola Valley. The roommates are a grad student in microbiology (myself), an incoming postdoc in cell biology and a recent grad working in the area. The house sits on a hill with excellent views of the bay and tons of open space. Large decks, big kitchen, two fireplaces and a lot of living space.

The room is $1200/month, has doors to the outside and is large (would easily fit a king-size bed). Shares a bathroom with two other people.
