We have a large bedroom (15 x 12.5) available starting 9/1 in our 4 person house in the Mission neighborhood. The room has two large windows that face west to the backyard for excellent light and protection from street noise. Also has a large 3' x 6.5' closet. Shared bathroom is right next door.

The neighborhood is fantastic and scores for 99/100 walking and 98/100 for biking on walkscore.com. The house is on one of SF's new "slow streets" that is great for walking/jogging. It is also very close to 101 entrance and 280 junction for easy travel south. Close to Bernal Heights and Dolores Park for walks/ socially distant gathering. Excellent food delivery and takeout options nearby on 24th street.

We are a friendly group of 14/15 Stanford grads who are easy-going, responsible, and clean. We enjoy music, cooking, sports/exercise, and are equally comfortable chatting/watching tv together as we are doing our own thing separately.

We have central heat, in-unit laundry, and an available spot in our 2-car garage.
