Hi there! I have a room available Palo Alto 3 bed 1.5 bath house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The house is an 8-minute drive / 10-minute bike from campus and close to various tech companies – perfect for a Stanford student or young professional! We’re also near a Marguerite stop and less than a mile from California Ave, which has plenty of shopping/restaurants/bars.

The room is big (12’ by 14’), has two very large closets (both 3’ by 6’), and has two windows that get plenty of sun. Rent is $1600 per month, plus utilities and internet (generally another $80 or so). Bathroom is shared. The house has a shared family/dining room, kitchen, garage (free W/D on site), and a yard. It’s about half a block from a public park.

The other residents are Stanford affiliates (1 m, 1 m/f couple) who work in the area, plus two friendly dogs! We’re pretty laid back and love doing movie nights, keeping fun plants, grilling outside, and making tasty cocktails! We share weekly chores/cleaning. We are looking for at least a year commitment but may consider 6 months for the right person (no shorter though).
