The lease includes the storage room as well as private 0.5 bathroom (shower is shared). Fully furnished with a full-size bed, desks, chairs, sofa and lamp.

Kitchen has all the necessary cookware and is available for use on the first floor as well. The other two tenants have their own room and bath room on the second floor. They are female graduates from Stanford and Cornell.

The apartment is 17 mins drive to Stanford, 3 mins to San Antonio Center, and 2 mins walk to the 22 bus stop. There are 7-11 and Walgreen right across the street.

$800/month + utility equally shared by three tenants. Long term lease is preferred. $35 is required for credit check before moving in. Available August 15.
