About the house:

• Fully furnished, spacious, with a large backyard
• Shared with 4 awesome housemates (Tech Engineers)
• Cleaner every two weeks

Rent & costs:

• $1,830/month rent
• ~$150 utilities and wifi + $30 cleaning / month
• Total around $2010/month
• Starting May 1st, 2026! (Early moving date could be possible if needed)
