The members of the community are intelligent, positive, and easy going individuals who love to have fun. In our community, we believe that communication is an essential key to the safe and happy environment we offer. The house is located nearby Apple and many startups in a safe Cupertino neighborhood. The prime location allows for a short commute between the house and your destinations. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and has its own basketball court in the backyard. The house is very spacious, with a lot of common area and a nice backyard. The common areas of the house are fully furnished. Your lease will be month to month and we will not raise the rent for the year. Your rent will be depending on the room you choose, ranging from $950-$1650. Utilities will be split up evenly between the housemates.
