There is also a smaller shared room with a desk that can be used as a study. Shared large bathroom with separate shower/toilet room (and an easily accessible smaller bathroom as well). Private entrance. Access to washer & dryer, full size refrigerator freezer, hot tub and swimming pool. Convenient off street parking. Biweekly cleaning service included.

We are located near the top of Ladera, so a bicycle to Stanford is not impossible, but not terribly practical. About a 10 minute drive to campus. Full grocery store/take out/restaurants at Ladera Shopping Center, minutes away.

Require personal references and a former landlord (of at least one year) reference.

$1,475/month/room. First and last month's rent and a $400 damage/cleaning deposit.
