About the house:
The house is located in a great location, in the desirable Barron Park neighborhood. It is close to Stanford (I bike to work at Stanford every day. It takes about 12 minutes on a very convenient bike path), downtown Palo Alto, and El Camino Real. The house is in great condition, with a recently remodeled kitchen (polished stone countertops, gas range) and garden, and a new indoor washer and dryer. There is also a large enclosed back yard (nice area for small parties) and front yard, as well as a two-car garage, driveway, and street parking. You may park in the driveway or garage if desired.

Duration:
1-Year Lease or Academic Year Lease (August 15th - June 15th) preferred; other arrangements may be possible. Can start on either August 15th or September 1st.

Rent/Utilities:
Rent is $1450 / month. Utilities will be split three-ways between yourself (or yourselves) and the other two inhabitants. This should average around $60 per month, which includes wireless internet, water, gas, electricity, garbage, and sewage.
