The Apartment:
2bd/2bath second floor apartment at Oak Creek apartments on Sand Hill Road. Very close to Stanford. Very easy to bike or walk.

The Room:
Large Master bedroom (12'4' x 14'8') with its own bathroom and vanity as well as an extremely large closet 14'x6'.

The Roommates:
Young couple from Australia that both work at Stanford as a post-doc chemist and a physician working in the medical simulation center at Stanford. Both are very easy going and love to find adventure on the weekends finding new places to eat, camp, sky dive, etc.

Availability:
January 2nd, 2016. You would be joining an existing lease that lasts until October, 2016. If you would prefer to move in sooner that could be possible too. Just let us know.

Looking for a roommate or couple that is/are young professional(s) or graduate students. Monthly rent of the apartment is $3926. The master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the other bedroom but we can discuss how to split up the rent once we talk.
