Looking for someone to take the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom SOMA apartment. The master bedroom is approximately 13’x 13’ with a walk-in closet, and private bathroom with dual sinks.

We are two girls in our mid twenties who graduated from UC Berkeley - one working as a consultant and one a student studying towards a Masters in computer science. One thing to note is that 1 person lives in the living room sectioned off by dividers. However, she travels frequently for work, and there is still common space for a sofa and dining table.

The unit is in the Soma Square Apartments (3rd and Folsom), and amenities include card operated laundry machines on each floor, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi, rooftop lounge and concierge services for security and to receive packages. The apartment is a quick 10 min walk to BART. Utilities are not included. Parking is available for purchase in the building.
