I’m looking for someone to take over my lease -- from anytime january 1st / february 1st (flexible) until September 2019 (after then can extend lease with landlord etc.)

It's the master bedroom in a spatious 3 bedroom menlo park apartment, huge room, private bath, etc. The apartment has a lovely side yard, garden, etc. The two roommates are female graduate student types :-). There are two cats, so the right person will love the cats! Perfect for a stanford student, we are about a 1.5 mile walk from the medical campus. Super close to safeway, trader joes, coffee shops in menlo park etc.

Rent is 1400, deposit is 1400. Utilities and internet will be about $50 a month extra.

I'd love to sell my furniture as well, a king bed, couch, shelves, two dressers, rugs etc.
