It is in downtown Menlo Park, 4 blocks from Draegers and near the bridge to bike over to Stanford.
It is a very large 1 bedroom and it could easily be split between 2 roommates and it is great for a couple.

-lots of storage in the apartment and in the garage in a locked storage unit
-great quiet neighbors (mix of Stanford researchers and families)

-close walking distance to 3 grocery stores: Safeway, Draegers, Trader Joes
-Close walking distance to Peets, Starbucks and Walgreens

We haven't chosen a move out date but we think before New Years (Dec 29th or 30th or 31st).
Rent is $2200 per month and the deposit is $1500.
