You will get your own bedroom (with private outdoor space) and your own bathroom, as well as shared use of a large kitchen, living room, and backyard patio. Washer/dryer in the garage are free to use. You will be sharing the house with one other female professional.

Location is great - walking distance to 2 supermarkets, CVS and Walgreens, several restaurants, and Millbrae Caltrain/BART station. Just a short bike or drive to downtown Burlingame or Millbrae, and a quick trip into SF as well - minutes away from entrances to both 280 and 101.

Price includes all utilities and Internet. Bed/bath are not furnished (pictures shown with previous tenant’s furniture), but common areas are furnished, including pots and pans for the kitchen.
