About the Apartment: The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. All the common areas have been furnished. It is close to Caltrain and Freeway (~1 mi); supermarkets, shopping center, restaurants, library, and gas stations are just a short walk away. You can easily reach San Mateo, San Carlos, Redwood City, and Burlingame in a few minutes. You will have a LARGE PRIVATE room with THREE CLOSETS (yes, three because why not?) and share a bathroom with 1 other person. Also, the internet is really fast...500 Mbps ;)

About the Cost: Rent is $1175/month. Garbage and water are included. You will pay 1/4 of internet and PG&E (~$35/mo or as high as ~$60/mo). Security deposit is required, but fully refundable if nothing is damaged when you move out. Laundry is in the building.

About Us: I (28/M) am currently in school. My girlfriend (26/F) shares a room with me and she works as a product manager in tech. Our third housemate (28/F) works as a recruiter. We are all very easy-going, flexible, clean, and open-minded people. We do not smoke. We respect others and our living space - and expect the same :)

One tenant is preferred. It will be available as early as August 1st, but move in date is negotiable.

Our apartment is managed is by real estate company with the property manager in the building. To commit, you will have to complete a short application and potentially go through a background/credit check (there is a $150 processing fee by the real estate company).
