We are 4 recent Stanford undergrads looking for 1-2 responsible roommates to sublet a large room in our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. We are looking to create a sociable community. The room has a divider in it splitting it into two smaller rooms, which we could leave in or remove. Rent is $550 per person per month, or $1100 for the room per month.

The house is large and convenient, located in Palo Alto on Primrose Way, just off Embarcadero. It comes with a front yard and fenced back yard, fully functioning good-sized and well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, garage for storage, and abundant parking space. The house and room are semi-furnished. Utilities and wifi internet will be split evenly amongst the residents of the house.

The house is located 2 miles from Stanford campus, and a convenient distance from both University Avenue and California Avenue, grocery stores and pharmacies.

The room will be available in mid-September, and we are looking for people to lease it for the school year, ie until June (9 months). We would like a security deposit of the first and last months' rent, to ensure fulfillment of the lease length - the deposit will cover the first and final months of rent.

We are pet-friendly, except for cats because one of our residents is very allergic to cats. We would prefer a non-cigarette smoker.
