Hi there!

We have an empty room in our 4 bedroom house in Menlo Park. There are 4 of us living in the house currently, and we are looking for a roommate (male or female) to move in starting in December. We are between 25 and 30 and are all Stanford or USC grads, now working professionals at a variety of established start-ups.

The house is located in the North Fair Oaks section of Menlo Park, off of Marsh road. Our house is conveniently located near the 101 freeway, along with being equidistant between Menlo Park and Redwood City. Biking or driving distance to Stanford University, Facebook, Caltrain.

The room is ~200 sq. ft and has a shared bathroom and an ample closet. There is a mattress and an Ikea chest of drawers available if desired. The room is off the kitchen, and overlooks the large backyard that is perfect for BBQs and get-togethers. Rent is $1300/month, + utilities. (internet, cable, water, gas, electric, gardener, and house cleaner) Minimum stay of 6 months.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Similarly-aged, sociable roommate that would enjoy being part of our household (preference to young professionals/students; male or female is fine)
• Someone who is respectful of their roommates. We all love socializing, but don't want our house to be "party central" or "animal house"
• No drugs please!
• Unfortunately no dogs or cats. Exotic pets are negotiable. The more exotic, the more likely they are to be approved
