It's close to the Stanford campus in the Sharon Park area. This is a three story townhouse with fully updated kitchen, nice wooden floors, attached parking garage, washer and drying in unit, pool onsite, and a movie theater basement.

About the room
This is a large bedroom and access to a shared bathroom (shared with me).
The room overlooks the pool and has a lot of space. This room is very spacious - can easily fit a queen bed, large desk, and shelves. Last person was able to fit a couch comfortably in this room.
Rent is $1,700/month.

This is a really nice and safe neighborhood and has a Safeway (24hr), Starbucks, CVS, right around the corner.

About the roommates
I am a female, mid-20s and work at a marketing company in the area. I like to cook, enjoy a relaxed environment, and spend time with friends.

Other roommate is a male, mid-20s and works at a startup nearby. He works most of the time but enjoys a comfortable, relaxed environment at the end of the day.
