Two Stanford alums and one's partner looking for a 4th roommate to live in the city. We have a very spacious room available in a 3 bed 2 bath house in Duboce Triangle, one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in SF.
The house: It's a 3/2 victorian layout with lots of shared living space. There are two separate living rooms, an updated kitchen, and a dining room. There is a spacious outdoor space with a large table and small garden area shared with two other units. The place is immaculately kept and is really a rare find in SF. There's a washer and dryer in house. Street parking is available with a permit.
The room: The room is approximately 12x11 and could comfortably fit any sized bed with a fair amount of other bedroom furniture. There's a closet space and a window to the outside.
The roommates: Two of us are '09 graduates originally from Hawaii. I'm a resident at UCSF and the other Stanford alum is a recent graduate of UCLA School of Business looking to work at a startup. The third roommate is my partner, originally from the suburbs outside of St. Louis who works at a non-profit in Silicon Valley. We're a good balance of fun and profession. We all have pretty demanding schedules, but love to have a good time. We'd much rather opt for a dinner in than raging all night at a dance club (well, most of the time). Oh, and we also have a labradoodle who might be the smartest one of us all.
The neighborhood: Duboce Triangle is very centrally located. It's located between the Mission, Lower Haight, and the Castro. The house has a walk score of 99, transit score of 98, and bike score of 89.
You: Clean, professional, with a stable income. Likes to have fun, but doesn't bring the party home. Someone who communicates well and is easy going. Aside from that, not much else!
If you're interested, please contact me. The room is going for $2575. Looking for a move in date any time after July 1st. Here's a video tour of the place: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPUefaCUAS8
Thanks!
