The bedroom measures approximately 10ft x 17ft. It does not have a window, but has a very large skylight (approximately 2ft x 4 ft) that lights up the room well. It includes a double-door closet.

Rent is $1000/month, plus utilities. Basic bedroom furniture (bed, mattress, desk) will be provided, and you are welcome to use pots, pans, dishes, etc. Common areas are currently furnished, as shown in pictures.

This is a 3 bed / 1 bath townhouse with a kitchen, living room, and yard (all pictured) as common spaces. The house has a washer and dryer. There is a heater and wall A/C unit in the living room. You must be willing to provide the housemates with reasonable access to the washer and dryer, through your bedroom.

Your roommates will be two men, early 20s (student) and early 40s (tech worker) who get along well. They have been living together for nearly 2 years. Common spaces are generally well-kept.
