We are located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood on the West Sunnyvale-Cupertino border.
You have a large, bright sunlit room, partially furnished with a bed, desk/tables,
and a comfortable office chair. Please note the room is for one person.

We are an easy walk (15-20 min) or bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop/Park or DeAnza College.
This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (5 min) and to 880/17 and 101.
It's an easy drive to most companies in the valley.
The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (Dish) is 15 min away by car.
Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores,
and as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk.
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all within a mile and a half.
Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.

Move-in is first and last month's rent and a small security deposit.
We share costs for internet, utilities ans assigned parking. Sorry – no smoking or pets.
The apartment is shared with two housemates, an M treasury analyst and M mgt consultant.
We've been sheltering in place and working from home and we hope that's the been the same for you too.
This is a suburban location with limited public transportation so a car is a necessity.
