About the Apartment: It’s a 4th floor, 1133 sqft unit with hardwood floors, newer appliances, a large living room with lots of natural light (like a LOT of natural light), plenty of storage space, and a balcony overlooking a garden courtyard area. Your room would be 11x11.5 ft (big enough for a queen bed, dresser and desk) with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. If you want extra privacy, the apartment is arranged such that you can put a curtain or folding barrier between the living room and your side of the apartment. Washer/dryer located on the same floor, two doors down from the apartment.
About the Building: The building complex is called SoMa square, and includes a gym, pool, hot tub, concierge service, and conference room with WiFi. Tons of restaurants and convenience stores on the same block. Parking is available for an extra charge and includes EV charging stations. The building is also pet-friendly.
Location: 3rd & Folsom - 10 min walk from Montgomery BART, 10-15 min walk from 4th & King Caltrain Station, and 15-20 minute walk to Financial District and Embarcadero. Lots of bars, breweries, and restaurants around, as well as Whole Foods, Safeway, Target & Trader Joe’s within a 10 min walk. Around the corner from SF MoMA.
About Me: I’m a recent Stanford grad founding a climate tech startup and working from home. I'm clean, organized, and social, and I like to cook a lot. Whenever there isn't a pandemic, I like to explore the City, play squash, go hiking, and check out new art, music and comedy shows.
