The room is the whole 3rd floor. Full private bath, one small room, one larger room, plus hallway. Housemates are two guys working in tech, late 20's/early 30's. We're easy going, go out for drinks occasionally and cook fairly often.

Rent also includes parking space in the garage.

Utilities usually come out to about $100 a person:
