We're looking for a new roommate (male or female) to fill one of the three bedrooms of our Menlo Park home! About us: we are both early 30s Stanford grads, now working professionals at a variety of established start-ups (Tesla, Udemy).

The house is located in the North Fair Oaks section of Menlo Park, off of Marsh road. It's conveniently located near the 101 freeway, and is equidistant to Menlo Park and Redwood City. Biking or driving distance to Stanford University, Facebook, Caltrain.

The room is ~200 sq. ft and has a shared bathroom and an ample closet. The room is off the kitchen, and overlooks the large backyard that is perfect for BBQs and get-togethers.

Rent is $1500/month, utilities not included (internet, cable, water, gas, electric, gardener, and house cleaner). Minimum stay of 6 months.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Similarly-aged roommate that would enjoy being part of our household (preference to young professionals/students; male or female is fine)
• Someone who is respectful of their roommates. We all love socializing, but don't want our house to be "party central" or "animal house"
• No drugs please
• Well-behaved four-legged friends can be considered for additional deposit and rent
• Move in as soon as you can!
