hello! we are a group of law students seeking a palo alto or menlo park house beginning in late september 2026. open to 2 or 3 bedrooms. must be walkable or bikable to stanford campus.
we’re ideally hoping for a furnished house, perhaps passed down from another group of graduate students. 9-month lease preferable but open to 12-month with approval to sublet for the summer! thanks! 😊
