Looking for someone to takeover my room in a large 3b3b apartment near downtown Menlo Park. Comes with parking! Available Sept 1. Rent is $1450, with utilities of $45-$75 depending on the season.

Perfect for a new grad/grad student working near campus. House is currently occupied by 2 other female roommates (mid 20s) who work at different labs on campus. Everyone has their own bed and bathroom, but kitchen and living room are shared/common space.

Apartment is within a 10 minute bike ride of campus and walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and multiple parks.

Happy to share more and provide photos if there is interest! Preference for someone who will also buy my furniture (bed, desk, dresser, lamps, etc) at a discounted price (< $500). Will throw in some kitchen supplies as well (pots, dishes, etc)
