We sell our sofa set for 400$. We have had it for 6 years in a pet free and smoke free house. The set exist of a 2 person loveseat and a 3 person sofa bed. Both are leather and the color is beige. We have really enjoyed sitting in these sofas, but we decided to update our living room. The sofas are very comfortable and we would buy them again. There are some scratches and little wear, but no major damage. The sofa easily converts into a queen size for 2 through a pull-out mechanism.

Dimensions are
Loveseat: 36” wide, 65” long, 37” high. Seating is 24” deep and 40” wide.
Sofa bed: 36” wide, 86” long, 37” high. Seating is 24” deep and 66” wide.
Bed: 60” wide and 70” long (queen size)

The sofa bed and loveseat are pretty heavy. You will probably need help and a truck to move them.
