* Almost perfect condition and comfortable
* Tiny scratches (maybe 4) on the back, which I really had to zoom in on to make it visible in the picture
* Otherwise, most visible surfaces are intact
* Smoke-free, pet-free home
* 59" x 36" (length x depth) -- with length measured armrest-to-armrest, otherwise the length at the base is 53"

Brown Futon

* Great condition and comfortable to sit on
* Converts to full-size bed
* Provided zoomed in pic of clean futon fabric
* Personally, we used extra padding (i.e. blankets) for extra comfort whenever guests slept on it, but if you prefer a firm mattress, it works perfectly fine without anything.
* 78" x 35" (length x deth) -- when converted upright, as a sofa
* 78" x 46" (length x width) -- when converted to a bed, flat
