Need legal opinion/advice - someone at a recruiting company let the folks at my present job know that I was registered on their site and looking for a job. This obviously led to problems. Pretty sure it was a "friend" looking out for people they knew at my present job. So sucks for me. Trying to find a legal recourse here - just want to know if there is a case. Happy to buy coffee to discuss this more. And of course willing to pay (over and above the aforementioned coffee :-) )
