If you're going abroad (especially to Germany), this phone is for you! It's an easy-to-use pay as you go phone that I only used for a month. You can easily buy calling credit at tabacco shops throughout Europe, or buy more credits online. The phone currently has about 5-7 euro of credits left on it. I used it all across western Europe with no issues. I paid 75 euros (about $110 for it new), so this is a great deal!
