The room is warm and spacious, and comes fully furnished.
It has a kitchen with many utensils that you can use, and also a washing machine.
The house is cleaned by maids twice a month.

It's ~3 miles from Stanford and
Grocery shops and restaurants are around the corner.
There's a direct bus to Palo Alto caltrain and Stanford on the weekdays, and a direct bus to Menlo Park Caltrain everyday.

The rent is 1325/month utilities, wi-fi and maid service included* + $1000 security deposit.
The lease agreement is one year.

*May increase if there's a PG&E price hike.
