Sun House is awesome. Seriously, this is one of the coolest houses in the Bay Area!

Our community comprises entrepreneurs, developers, hardware hackers, designers, doctors, lawyers and assorted creative and analytical professionals who live, play, work and brainstorm together.

We live in Los Altos Hills, in a sunny, beautiful and huge house with a pool, jacuzzi and amazing views from every room. The place is only 8 minutes from Tesla, 12 minutes from Stanford, 10 min to SAP, and very close to everything else. But you wouldn't know it because it's up in the hills overlooking the entire bay area and Silicon Valley - a very serene setting where you can observe eagles & other birds flying daily.

We think that a great house culture starts with great people, and so we strive to have fun together, to foster positive and creative energy, to be there for each other, and to help each other with our various endeavors and pursuits. We hope that even a short stay in our home will be valuable above and beyond the eat/sleep/work space it provides.

• Common charges include gas, electric, water, high-speed cable internet, and maid service twice per month

• Over 5000+ square feet!

-Gourmet kitchen with huge island, high end refrigerator, chef's grill and 2 dishwashers

• Beautiful backyard with a huge 10 foot deep pool, a grill, a firepit, and a Jacuzzi -- all with amazing views of the mountainside, the sun or stars

• Several rooms available

• The house is enormous and all the rooms have beautiful natural lighting -- many rooms have private entrances onto the balcony, with natural light flowing all over.

• Washer and drier

The first month's rent, and a security deposit of 1.5 month's rent is due when you sign our rental agreement.
