The location is fantastic, 798 University Avenue, Palo Alto downtown, 10 min bike to Stanford, 15 min bike to engineering quad, 5 minute bike to Palo Alto transit station. Furniture (bed and mattress) are available to buy if you like, other furniture can be negotiated with the girl who is living here now to take over. Free laundry and car garage are available and free.
