I (male) will be signing a lease for an unfurnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment near Margarita Ave off of El Camino Real (super close to campus) within the next couple of weeks. I am looking to rent out the living room for the fall quarter only (8/20 - 12/15). Price will be $1100 + 1/2 of utilities & wifi.

Right now, I am just trying to gauge interest and hopefully we can sit down and chat. Once I sign the lease, I will send out pics!

I am looking for someone who is clean and considerate. We do not have to be the best of friends, but it would be awesome to hang out when nothing is going on.
