4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Mid-century split Level with lots of Light, open & airy with fabulous views on Cul De Sac Street in the San Carlos Hills.
High beam ceilings, freshly painted, new flooring, new stainless appliances in eat-in kitchen.
Ample storage in the home as well as an enormous garage with enough lots for street parking.
Fenced rear yard to enjoy the boundless views! You will enjoy this beautiful home in a serene country setting!

Location: 16 mins driving to Stanford. Around 30 mins driving to Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. It’s all about finding people that are a good fit.

Logistics: A super flexible 3 month lease! Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked - we make your move as easy as possible. :).
