Looking for 1 room in long-term housing in Palo Alto or Mountain View

Hello! My name is Julia, and I am a recent graduate of the University of Chicago. I've been living in the area and working at Stanford Law School for the past year.

My current lease is expiring at the end of August. I am hoping to move and sign a year-long lease. It would be ideal for this lease to begin in July or August, but I would be willing to move sooner for the right place. I am only looking at places in Palo Alto or Mountain View, either furnished or unfurnished.

I am polite, quiet, and VERY clean. In my current house, I spend a lot of time outside or in my room. I use the kitchen regularly, but never for elaborate projects. I like to have friends come over, host out-of-town visitors, and host house (tame) parties for my friends and coworkers. I always give advanced notice, keep noise levels low, and clean up afterwards. I can provide references of old roommates if desired.

I am looking for roommates who are young professionals or students, and I hope to find people who are clean, quiet, flexible, considerate, and easy-going.
