Looking for 1 roommate in 4 bed-2 bath in Palo Alto (2F1M) [1 year lease]

We're looking for a 4th roommate to move into our 2200 sqft house in Palo Alto (a 15-min bike to most parts of Stanford's main campus. The room is available starting as early as August 1. Could start as late as September 1.

2F1M and a rabbit! Two of us just finished our PhDs at Stanford and are starting postdocs, the other is a current Stanford PhD student. We’re looking for a fourth person to complete the roster, ideally late 20s early 30s who values living in a home with three large, communal areas, kitchen, and a lush garden patio maintained by the landlord.

Priority to someone who can sign 1 year lease.
