Looking for 2 bedroom housing in Redwood City (RWC), Menlo Park, or PA

I am a third year Ph.D. student looking for 2 bedroom housing, either an apartment or a house, preferably in Redwood City for myself and another Stanford Ph.D. student.
Our budget is $1,400 per person ($2,800 total).
