Looking for 2 dope recent grads to join our group. Ideally, you guys are friends, like music, have a sense of humor, 420 + community gatherings friendly, bring diverse perspectives to the table. Plus points if you make music!

We're a group of 4 recent grads who found the DREAM HOME in sf across street from Precita park, just a few steps away from some of the best restaurants, cafes and nightlife Mission has to offer (Flour+Water, Al's Place, Tartine Manufactory, Precita Park Cafe, etc.

3 G + 1 B are getting the top floor, and we are looking for 2 friends to join us on the bottom floor. The house is SUCH A CATCH. We all graduated 2015/16 - 3 CS, 1 English. Two make music, one paints.

$3800/month for two room, so $1900/person.

The house has a HUGE back courtyard.

27 Bryant bus and tech shuttles stop right in front of the house. There are also other bus lines only steps away from the house.
