Looking for 2 Roommates for Mountain View house, $1.8k/room starting July 1st

Hi there! We’re looking for two roommates for two available rooms in a spacious house starting July 1, 2026 for 1-year lease. With a WalkScore of 95%, we’re just 2 blocks away from cafes/restaurants on Castro Street (the heart of Mountain View) and 3 blocks from the train station for easy access to SF (via Caltrain) or San Jose (via VTA Light-rail).

We are techies & artists (and one service dog puppy coming in sept!), enthusiastic about house-sharing with open-minded people. Occasionally, we enjoy roommate dinners, games and/or movie nights, and sometimes have friends over for small parties. We also try to keep shared spaces clean and respect each other’s privacy.

Rooms available & related costs:

• Two rooms available (unfurnished), reasonable size: each fits a king-sized bed, a desk, and entertainment stand/bookcase with room to spare. Both rooms share a full bathroom entered from the hallway
• Each available room is $1.8k per month for 1-year lease
• Utilities (electricity and gas) and Wi-Fi are separate costs that we split evenly among roommates. Gardener, water, and trash are covered by homeowners
• Included: In-house washer and dryer, fenced backyard patio, one available spot in driveway for off-street parking (street parking permit required), common spaces fully furnished

Other roommates already in the house (two bi guys, couple):

• Josh (originally from Pittsburgh PA) is a Product Manager at Google, a smart home nerd, & ex soccer player
• Luca (originally from London UK) is a writer/novelist, non-profit director, an eCommerce entrepreneur, & ex gymnast
