We’re looking for one additional roommate to join us at a sweet house in Belmont. See the Zillow link for location/pics. Rent will be ~$1250 + utils, and we’re looking for someone to join ideally by September 1st, though this is flexible. We’re moving in this coming weekend.

Our goal is to find someone who would enjoy living with us; not merely just a tenant who pays rent. We’ve found that living with people you genuinely enjoy being in the company of is far and away the most important factor in a good living situation.

A little bit about us:

• Ages between 22-25, mix of Stanford students/alum/tech workers
• A decent amount of melee / PM will be played
• Fitness/weightlifting/crossfit/basketball are a few of our hobbies.
• TV wise: game of thrones, the office, parks and rec, also some NFL followers
• Enjoy going out for a few beers once or twice a week
• Music is important to each of us, and there will probably be lots of house and prog rock played.
• We all love snowboarding and plan on taking many trips this coming Winter. We hope you would join us on these adventures
