We’re looking for one additional roommate to join us at a great house in Palo Alto on Otterson Ct. Private room + shared bathroom. Rent will be $1350 + utils. We’re hoping for this person to move in October 5th (at the earliest…the sooner the better after then).

We’re a close group of friends, and our goal is to find someone who we’d enjoy living with (and vice versa); not just a tenant who pays rent. We’ve found that living with people you genuinely enjoy being in the company of is far and away the most important factor in a good living situation.

A little bit about us

• Ages between 23-28, mix of Stanford students/alum/tech workers.
• We play a solid amount of project m and settlers.
• Big game of thrones fans, as well as others shows like the office, parks and rec, etc…also some close NFL followers
• Enjoy going out for a few beers once a week or so.
• We have a dope speaker system which is used a lot…lots of house music
• We all love snowboarding. We each got the vail epic pass this past season and went on a number of trips together.
