Looking for a 2b/1b or 2b/2b apartment close to Stanford Med/Universty

We,1m-1f 2 new postdoc at Stanford Med, are looking for an apartment with an affordable price for a-year.

We are respectful,social,tidy people. We don't smoke,don't have pets and are not a party people.

Our move-in date is around July-15. We can negotiate the price and leasing agreement(monthly,every 3 months or yearly)
