Looking for a 2B2B Female Roommate to Sign Lease with me (Palo Alto)

I'm a recent PhD graduate of Stanford. I'm looking for a female roommate to sign a 2B2B lease together, with move-in planned for mid-February. After several months of searching in person, I found a nice 2B2B unit with a good price compared to the current market, and I’m hoping to find someone to sign the lease together.

o $2,000 per person
o Garage parking: $100/month (optional)
o Electricity / Wi-Fi / sewage utilities: estimated $100–200 total (depends on usage)

o Minimum 1 year (long-term preferred)

*Roommate (about me)
o Clean, quiet Korean female, non-smoker
o While I’m looking for a roommate mainly for financial reasons, I’d love to live comfortably together and hopefully become friends as well. :)
