A couple of friends are looking to lease a spacious (~1550 square feet) 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Sunnyvale, California (1 mile from the caltrain station and less than 0.5 mile from Safeway and CVS). The unit is part of a small 23 house apartment complex. It has central air conditioning, 2 parking spaces and washer dryer (within the unit).
