We're currently looking for a fourth roommate for a 4BR / 2BA duplex in Palo Alto.
The bedrooms are very spacious, there is a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and a big living room. The rent is $1225 and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The lease begins on September 1st and extends for a year.

Currently there are tenants living in the house, so the pictures have furnitures in them. Your room will be unfurnished but the common areas will be furnished.

You will be sharing the house with two males and a female (All Stanford Affiliates)

The only caveat is that the location is near the train tracks; the apartment is located near the intersection of Park Blvd and Lambert Ave in Palo Alto. It is 0.6 mi from the California Ave train station.
